Who is this assessment for?
It is designed for team leaders, supervisors and managers—from first-time managers to experienced people leaders. It examines how you communicate, manage performance, develop people and lead your team.
How long does it take?
The assessment contains 45 questions across nine dimensions and normally takes approximately 15–20 minutes.
Is my information confidential?
Your answers are used to generate your personal result and are handled in accordance with DNB’s privacy practices and applicable data-protection requirements. You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data.
Is this a 360° feedback assessment?
The online Manager Leadership Effectiveness Index™ is a self-assessment. A separate facilitated 360° process involving confidential feedback from direct reports, peers and supervisors may be arranged for organisations.
What will I receive?

Is HRDC reimbursement available?

Yes. Organisations may use the assessment for a management group. DNB can discuss group arrangements and consolidated organisational insights while keeping individual results confidential.
