Established in 2012, DNB HR Associates was founded by Nina Bagha to help local and international businesses navigate Mauritius immigration, company formation and HR with confidence. What began as a specialist HR advisory has grown into an end-to-end partner for foreign investors, professionals and employers.
We combine deep local knowledge of Mauritius labour law and EDB processes with a practical, remote-first service — so clients can work, invest and set up in Mauritius from anywhere in the world, with the paperwork handled for them.
Nina Bagha
DNB HR Associates is led by its founder, Nina Bagha (MA, MBA) — a strategic, compliance-focused HR leader and adviser with more than 25 years of experience in human resources, governance and organisational development.
Her career spans senior HR roles at Mauritius Freeport Development Company, at Laurelton Diamonds (a subsidiary of Tiffany & Co.), and at the Strabag–Archirodon Joint Venture, where she led HR for over 500 local and expatriate employees. She has also served on the Council of the University of Mauritius — its supreme governing body — as Chairperson of its Staff Committee. It's this depth of operational HR and board-level governance that clients draw on for every permit, incorporation and HR engagement.
